The Challenge

Capezio, a prestigious international dancewear company, had a large and diverse catalogue on Amazon supported by hundreds of paid advertising campaigns. A large portion of their budget was being consumed by automatic campaigns, which were contributing disproportionately low sales.
Additionally, the brand wasn’t taking steps to effectively leverage branded keywords, despite these historically having the highest returns.
Our Solution and Strategy
When Capezio came on board, we carried out a complete Amazon PPC audit on their account, analysing key performance metrics, keyword variables, campaign structure, placement, and targeting.
Once we’d spotted the biggest inefficiencies in the campaign, we overhauled the brand’s strategy by focusing on top-performing ASINs that drove the majority of sales, targeting seven distinct product categories. The budget was reallocated with a 60:40 split, favouring the categories that historically generated higher sales.
Each campaign was meticulously planned with a mix of “broad match” and auto campaigns, and supported by dynamic bidding to help maintain visibility and optimise spend.
The Results

Our restructuring work led to major improvements in Capezio’s advertising performance.
After just one month of ads management, the brand’s sales grew by over 64%, and their return on ad spend (ROAS) increased by 147%.
This initial leap was accompanied by consistent growth in ROAS and sales over the following months, reflecting the huge value in a refined advertising strategy, and the benefits of strategically targeting high-performing categories and search terms.
