In the vast majority of cases, we will not require any supporting documents or PODs (Proof of Delivery) from you to successfully dispute shortage claims.

For chargebacks that have been applied incorrectly (for example prep chargebacks) it is often necessary to share product imagery of the affected products to show to Amazon those products are not in breach of any policy, and so they can reclassify them on their system.

Chargeback recovery rates vary massively depending on the issue type.

Our success rate with other account issues, such as price claims, CoOp discrepancies and invoice issues is also high.  Some issues can take time to resolve, but our team is dogged and determined.
